Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo had its highs and lows. The room was clean and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. but the hotel’s appearance felt a bit dated and in need of some remodeling. The breakfast options left much to be desired, particularly with the added charge. Overall, while I appreciated the staff’s friendliness, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again based on my experience.
I had a pretty nice stay at Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo, with some standout features like the clean and beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfast was decent, and staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, I did face some cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience, particularly with the bathroom not being properly cleaned.
My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo was a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, I was frustrated with the room situation, having been rebooked from another hotel, but the staff—especially Casey—really turned things around for me. While the room was clean and had a pleasant smell, I felt the overall condition of the hotel could use some updating, especially the furnishings.
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo was mostly pleasant, thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable amenities. However, I faced a few issues in my room, including a running toilet and an unreliable TV that turned off unexpectedly. Overall, the hotel had good features like an efficient check-in process and decent breakfast options, but some room maintenance could use attention.
During my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo, I experienced a mix of positives and negatives. While the check-in process was efficient and the staff at the front desk were friendly, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The breakfast area was messy, and my room had several maintenance issues that significantly impacted my stay.
